Dear head,
Seriously, STOP with with the headaches. Just because I went to bed far too late and maybe didn't drink enough liquid, it's no reason to pound and ache all day. Sort it out.
Dear Year 6,
I really do like you! You are such lovely, appreciative, hard-working, musical children. You make it a pleasure to teach you. Only two terms left- sob!
Dear CBC,
Reallly???? How did you think that a full-scale mountaineering rucksack in a parcel entered the house- is it at all possible it fitted through the letter box. I think not! Use your common sense, your wife with headache is hiding under the duvet upstairs trying to sleep. Coming in, thinking you are alone and dancing and singing about your new rucksack and trying it on with all your technical gear was a bit daft! And now you are prancing down the stairs singing a song about how much you love your rucksack, alla The Beach boys, is er- banal, embarrassing!!
Dear Mini cheddars,Christmas edition.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....yes please!
Dear Thai Restaurant,
I do sincerely love your thai green veg and tofu curry. Thank you for keeping such reasonable prices in an expensive town and always piling my dish high!
Dear Bed,
I need to spend more time in you- must not keep staying up so late.
Dear house,
I am going to miss you- thank you for being so nice for the time we've been here.
Dear possessions,
Can you learn that trick that Mary Poppins does where you lift up yourselves and tidy yourselves away. If you could do that into packing boxes, that would be great.
Dear packing boxes,
If you could learn to be transcendentally dimensional like the TARDIS, that would be swell!
Dear blog friends,
Thank you for your constant support, kindness, enthusiasm and appreciation. You mean a lot to me.
With fond regards,
Kezzie
Dear Kezzie,
ReplyDeleteIt's an absoloute pleasure!

Just remember to LABEL the boxes - 52 weeks since I moved and I have yet to find the box containing my coffee jug!
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll feel better soon. xx
ReplyDeleteActually, I was just thinking yesterday about how useful it would be to have a shrink ray - very much for the same reason as we need TARDIS boxes!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kezzie. Just a note to say I hope you feel better soon and life becomes more settled again.
ReplyDeleteSo funny! Particularly CBC and his rucksack! X
ReplyDeleteHe he if Pete did the rucksack thing I'd probably throw something at him! Actually that's exactly the sort of thing he would do!

Distract Me Now Please
adorable post:) I struggle with headaches too.
ReplyDeleteI'm seconding Angela here. I still can't find some kitchen-y bits. Mind you, it doesn't help that we have 2 lock-ups full of "stuff"!
ReplyDeleteIf I mention the word 'headache' Arthur seems to say 'water' every other word!
Shame you weren't up to doing a secret bit of filming! Could 'The Rucksack Jig' be the next big thang?
Zxx
Dear Kezzie, I hope your headaches have gone now and you managed to enjoy your weekend xx
ReplyDeleteHehe the CBC bit made me laugh! Andy is a compulsive songster so I am very used to impromptu songs! xxx
ReplyDeleteAww - I like your letters :) I enjoy the image of your lanky husband, dancing down the stairs and singing of rucksacks. haha!
