What is it? #2

You seemed to enjoy the last one of these and my life's ambition seems to be spotting interesting-shaped clouds! (no seriously, CBC gets perplexed by it- I spend many car journeys doing this!)

SO here and again. I know what I think it is. What do YOU think it is?

    I must be so unimaginative - I see a traffic jam.

    But the cloud looks like a primordial mass of biokinetic energy just waiting to crawl out of an amorphous swamp. That one big blob on top is the brain that will develop into a sentient being with opposable thumbs.

    Since I was grand champion of last round I will lay low this time and say it looks like 4 panda bears wearing garnet-colored hats dancing around a broken-down VW micro bus and singing Burt Bacharach tunes. I hope I did not guess correctly :)
