TARDIS Tuesday outfit - Sleep no more

Good Evening!

I hope you are well.  Today's TARDIS Tuesday is one I did relatively recently, Sleep No More.  However, I just did the top half of the outfit.  Today, I am going to add the bottom half.

I really love this look worn by Clara.  It features a collar and a lovely turquoise spotty textured skirt with a scalloped hem. Alas, all the items in this outfit are quite rare and hard to emulate!
Here's yet another little teaser of my house. This is the study/3rd bedroom which, as you can see, is no where near ready.

I found this pretty pleated collared top from Cos second hand and the ASOS skirt also- both were very reasonable.  Although both are not too similar to the real one, they are of a similar ilk

My photo from the Doctor Who exhibition

Here's a close up of the top half with the screen accurate necklace.

Sleep No More is a very strange and disturbing episode that plays on the idea that the grit you find in your eyes in the mornings could become something else if you try to deny sleep.

Sorry, decided to do a similar shot from the promotional materials for Doctor Who series 9.
Bookcases instead of mirrors.
I wore this for going out to my Brother in Law's birthday party and realistically, not a great skirt for lounging around on the sofa in, despite wearing shorts underneath! It is a little short and fitted. However, it made a nice going out outfit!

What do you think? Have I captured the essence of this outfit?

  2. In spite of its shortness, I do love the skirt on you, Kezzie. That scalloped hem makes it so you! And I like your top better than Clara's! xxx

  3. Wow!, Scallops and frill makes it so girly and those legs of yours are so... shall I dare say, sexy... There I said it, hehe.. Thanks for sharing another little peek of another room in your new house. Kezzie, I'm so very happy that you finally got your very own home.
