We've had a day where we went to London to look at Sofas and then an enjoyable Pancake evening at CBC's Brother's flat.
And of course, it is TARDIS Tuesday!
Today's inspiration is Clara Oswald ("Of course!" I hear you cry!) and this is her second outfit from The Bells of St John's where she decides to go with the Doctor.

And there is that same necklace from 2 weeks ago!
In other news, we STILL haven't chosen a sofa. It's getting a bit ridiculous but we can't seem to make a decision on it! We have a table for the kitchen arriving on Friday and one for the dining room in March and we've got someone who is going to fit wardrobes for us in our bedroom at some point soon hopefully plus someone to paint one of the spare rooms with has lots of chipped paint and really grubby stains and blue-tak marks. My old chest of drawers is being brought over tomorrow so hopefully I'll be able to get clothes put away! I've emptied a lot of boxes of books and put them on shelves so slowly getting there with the house.

I hate choosing things, there is too much choice it's not healthy! I do like those shorts, such a decent length which makes for easy wearing and appropriety. If that's a word. (spell check says not)

I love the contrast of short with the green cardigan. Much better than grey. The outfit does look practical as well as smart. I'm not good with big decisions, like a new sofa, either ... xxx

ReplyDeleteI don't believe in rushing to buy furniture. When we started furnishing our home, we used a lot of miss matched pieces and style, some of which we still have. I don't believe in rushing in buying a sofa. When you find one you both like, you'll know immediately. It's a big decision.

I'm glad you went with dark green cardi. Grey can be a lovely colour choice, but I will typically prefer dark green to grey. Your cosplay outfit is adorable, so well put together. You look lovely!

Wasn't Clara a teacher too? I lile the length of the shorts, I can never find the perfect length, and at 5'4" my legs aren't particularly long! They're either waaaaay too short, or half way down my knees - what's wrong with a modest mid thigh length?
