What is it? #29

Today's edition of 'What is it?' features an old favourite photo of mine which I thought would make a fun focus for the imaginative cloud-analyzing we have been partaking of here in recent times.(Plus, I have a real deficit of novelty cloud photos in stock- the pickings have been slim lately, or I am off my game)

Look closely at the photograph.  What does it remind you of?  I was focusing on the middle portion of the picture but the bottom also has something interesting I've now noticed too. Share, share share and don't be a boring spoilt-sport!
Isn't it amazing the way nature creates pictures!

What about last time's picture?
Cloud witch

I saw this as the  face of the Wicked Witch of the West. she is facing to the left, quiff fringe (no hat), has a pointy nose and chin, steam is coming out of her nostrils as she angrily stares at little Toto to her left who is running away!

What did you see? Did you see an Oz reference?  Let's look at the Studio audience who shared their ideas:

  1. I see a large dragon or tiger or some sort of beast on the right growling at a small dog on the left!

  2. I get a rearing horse vibe, or a fire-breathing dragon! These posts are by far some of the most fun that I've come across blogging, Kezzie, they always make me smile! I also got your letter today, thank you, I loved the map print pages! - Tasha

  3. I see two things, and I may sound completely weird, but... on the left in the picture there is a dog barking, to the giant rat's face kind of telling the dog off, and at the same time it was smoking, so in the middle it's the smoke of the cigarette... on the side of the head, the rat scarily threatens the small dog, with big arms to catch it. Too weird? My strange imagination :)

  4. Ok, in this new white cloud, I see a lady's face looking to the left. She has a big blue eye, rather long nose, high cheek bone, a prominent chin. Her mouth is open and her hair looks thick and nicely shaped, except her bangs are being blown forward by the wind.
It also could be a man like one of the three Musketeer. I see fat little dog running away but the person is not looking at the dog.

  5. An old man spitting out to the left, perhaps bad porridge or soup. When do we get to the What is it? where the answer is mustard tights? :)P

  6. I see some kind of animal on the left. I've decided it's a dog, barking at a huuuuge wave coming towards it. Also, I hadn't discovered your blog last time but if I had I would have joined in and told you I see a dragon's head.

  7. It is the back end of an alpaca.
Thanks for visiting my blog again x

  8. Hmmm... I'm not sure that I can make anything out of this one. Enjoy the end of term tomorrow. Jx

  9. I think it's a fire-breathing gnome. Doesn't EVERYONE? Lol. I hope you are having a nice Easter week, Kezzie!

  10. This time I see a wee dog, barking at something (the big cloud) but I'm not sure what that part is! Oh and I totally see the horse or giraffe head from last week.

LOTS of reference to little Toto, although not in name- well done! And several indicators of a face. Julia definitely has proved she has a similar mind to me over the last couple of times, she saw the lady's face and some of you saw steam and a certain hostility in the face towards the little dog- dragons, rats,  tigers, all have the Wicked Witch's aggression!

So, well done and please do have a go at this one, I feel it is rather obvious what I am thinking of!!!

  1. I'm new to this game so I see the giant wormy things from the film Tremors. Yep. Not sorry.
I also saw the Wicked Witch though so perhaps we're on the same page?

  3. Seeing things in clouds is so much fun... In the middle of cloud photo I see a giant swordfish with it's snout open. In the lower cloud I see a folk angel in the air with it's long wings along side it's body, floating in the opposite direction of the swordfish.
Have a fun week Kezzie. Your posts are always refreshing.
    Hugs,

  4. The top bits look like the SHIELD Helicarrier going toe-to-toe with a Kree warship and the bottom part is a toucan bird.

  5. The cloud on the bottom right, a crocodile with dog eyes and ears, of course! The big snout is pointing to the left.

  6. The bottom cloud looks like a bird with a long beak. Maybe a pelican? In the middle one I see a face on the right-hand side. It looks like the old lady tree from Pochahontas (the Disney film).

  7. There's an elephant on the left hand side of the bottom cloud, and the middle cloud looks like an alligator's mouth.

  8. A shark and a T Rex for me this week!

  9. I saw 3 parts, I mean, 3 clouds :) The first part, higher, is nothing much than a cloud :) The second part is a shark :) And the third, at the bottom, is a wicked cunning biscuit laughing, planning to do something mischievous :) I guess I see too much!

  10. I can see a dolphin in the first one and waves crashing on the beach in the second - I have spent too long by the sea! I'm sure you will love Totnes and there are some lovely places on the coast too. You can also take a boat trip along the river to Dartmouth. Sarah x

  11. Definitely a snarling shark in the centre with his mouth open, but the bottom clouds have the most wonderful little troll face to the top right, so cute!
