"That is the cutest thing I've seen!" |
This is a similar outfit to one I posted back in October but I decided to wear my lovely cheerful bright plaid Clara Flatline shirt from my Clara cosplay back then but in a different way. Decided to up the TARDIS blue stakes and add the TARDIS blue cardie, different accessories. Oh and an even smaller TARDIS!

I think Flatline was possibly my most favourite episode of the last season. I just thought it was so cleverly conceived- the villains of the piece being 2D creatures. The way they evolved was brilliant and the moment where the graffiti turned round and came out of the walls was VERY SCARY!!! I should add, that though I love Doctor Who, I am also a numero uno wuss and get scared easily.
There's a girl who comes to church who also loves Doctor Who and I let her into the secret that I secret cosplay Doctor Who on some days and only Doctor Who fans would realise it. She thought it was hilarious!
Had a very thought-provoking church service today, in fact I went to the evening informal Come together service which I thoroughly enjoyed and 2 gripping sermons that spoke to me. I definitely want to write about them and what I will try to do as a result but need a bit more thought. Also agree to help edit and upload sermons to the church Youtube channel which should be interesting. I'm glad to help in a different way too. I went to church dressed as Amy Pond, but that's also for another day.

Eeeek, take a look at the dust on that TARDIS roof!!!! |
I felt really good in this outfit on Tuesday. Had to head up to London for orchestra (hurrah, back to playing!) -comfortable but smart. And I don't like wearing dull colours, so a winner in that respect!

It's cool having short hair. I really do like it!!! So much easier to cope with though lacking long hair for Clara cosplays- disaster!!!

Linking lovelies...

You look positively beautiful in that Tardis blue outfit, and I love that cute little Tardis.
ReplyDeleteBright colors suits you well and the hair cut shorter also look great.
Take care and enjoy your hobby of dressing up.
Hugs,
JB
Oh yes, I suppose it is a bit of a hobby isn't it!?!x
DeleteI agree, that Flatline episode was great, and scary, and original. And you lok wonderful in your Tardis blue! Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday, xo.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly was, wasn't it!! Thank you for another cool party!x
DeleteI love that shade of blue! CUTE you!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love that shade too!
DeleteHave I told you yet how envious I am of your shorn hair? I've been hankering for a short cut for a while now, but the last time I chopped my hair to shoulder length, my husband didn't talk to me for two weeks. Yeah, he's a long-hair kind of guy. And since he leaves me be with the rest of my sartorial exploits, I figure this was a small concession. So I have to simply admire short hair on others.
ReplyDeleteYou are very secret cosplay Clara indeed. This outfit is all kinds of me - plaid, TARDIS blue, boots; it's like we raided each other's closets! Thanks for linking; I'll see ya Tuesday!
P.S. Flatline scared the bejeezus outta me. I'm a big wimp too.
Ha, one day I will tell you about my most hated Doctor Who episode ever which scared me for 4 years!!!
DeleteOh and shame about the hair. My husband always says, "DOn't cut your hair!" and then ends up loving how bushy it becomes!x
DeleteTARDIS Bluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuue. Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteIsn't TARDIS blue the BEST colour!!?x
DeleteHow tiny can your Tardis get? Something sounds so wrong about that question.
ReplyDelete8cm x 4cm x 4cm. That's how small!
DeleteGreat outfit Kezzie, love your checked shirt :) hehe love the Tardis, you have gave me an idea ...
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at Creative Mondays...
Coool!! What is the idea!?!?x
DeleteVery cute TARDIS and fab outfit :)
ReplyDeleteYour hair is looking wonderful. I'm off to have mine chopped on Wednesday xxx
Oooh, how short???x
DeleteThe cardi shade matches the shirt exactly. Looking as fab as ever.
ReplyDeleteLisa x
I bought that cardie in Monsoon at 80% off when it was closing down and I bought a wedding dress too- SO glad I bought it- been ever so versatile!x
DeleteLove the new shorter hair! That's exactly the length I go to when I get fed up with mine. I grew up watching Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker as Dr Who, and was totally freaked out by a giant maggot episode, I'm not sure I ever recovered! I love your teeny Tardis too, cute!
ReplyDeleteAha, the Green Death!!! I remember it well! They were called the Wirrn weren't they?!?! x
DeleteYou are THE cutest! I love this outfit post, great outfit inspiration for a city break <3 Don't worry, the sailor coat is safe with you! I'm on a spending ban, eBay included. Looks like I'll have to wait to prance around in that red beauty! Le Sigh! Hope you win it xx
ReplyDeleteHaha I just posted my progress on my FB the other day of how long my hair is getting. It's actually great not colouring it, because I can see exactly how much it's grown with the roots showing! I've successfully grown out my fringe, which is never a fun thing to do in public is it?! I think I suit a fringe though, so I'm surprised I haven't cut it back in. Anyway, lovely outfit, you really suit it.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute look! Isn't it fun to secretly dress up?!?
ReplyDeleteI always love these collar clips!
