Marina, Aqua Marina- Burnham-on-Crouch marina

Last weekend, after I had returned home with Mum and my niece, I felt in need of another journey somewhere. CBC was adventuring with his Duke of Edinburgh trip so I headed off on the train to Burnham-on-Crouch.

CBC and I have been here before and enjoyed a delightful walk by the river (it's where I saw that enormous jelly fish!). I walked from the station to the Marina and enjoyed the feel of the sea breeze (or river breeze..), the sounds of Spring and looked at the mesmerising water.
Here are a few pictures from the Marina and in the town.

There's nothing quite so soothing.

Enjoy your day.

  1. Hi, Kezzie! What wonderful photos of a lovely place! I love that you don't mind going off on your own somewhere! I'm going computerless is an hour. When I'm back online, I'll do a much better job of visiting your blog. Take care!

  2. Browsing these images was such a wonderful inspiration. I've always adored marines. There is something about seeing ships that puts me at ease. This place is so lovely...I wouldn't mind going for a stroll here myself. Wonderful photos dear Kezzie.
