I am wearing M&S Per Una skirt, polka dot blazer-thrift/charity shop, polo neck- Primark, pashmina- ?, boots- Next.
I actually wore this for church yesterday and I forgot how warm it is to tie a pashmina in this way round your neck!
I returned to school not feeling well today. I was sick on Thursday and feelings of queasiness, tummy aches and loss of appetite still pervade. Add to that a splitting headache behind my left eye and another painful thing then it didn't bode well. My shower refused to work properly this morning going between homicidal boiling and ice-cold and then it was pouring with rain but was also super windy so I had to put down my umbrella as I walked the 20mins to the station. I seemed to crawl to the station as I was not well and then it was of course the first Monday back for many people so the ticket machines and office were heaving. When I got to school, I discovered the contents of my bag were completely sodden including my assessment folder! At school, I sat through the first INSET and then my deputy said to go home and told me to call the doctor. They had an appointment for 5pm and it was 12 but I just really wanted to go home and explained to the receptionist that I had moved an hour away (my old Doctor's practice) to which she said that she would be taking me off their books as I would not be allowed to stay with that practice though I could have that last appointment. I dithered as not sure what to do and then decided to register with a GP near my house. Had to wait ages for trains, walked home really slowly and went into the Doctor's surgery but it can take up to a week to be registered on the system and they're really short-staffed so I might only be registered on Thursday and then have to try and get an appointment after that. All in all, it's been rather an unfortunate day! Wish I'd gone with that offered appointment, even though I wanted to go home and rest!
Enough doom and gloom! I do hope you are well and happy and enjoying the day! Love Kezzie x
