Mary Poppins' Handmade heart swap! What I received!

Hurrah!!!!!! I went to the Postal delivery office in my local town to pick up my Heart-made swap parcel. This was organised by the delightful Mary Poppins, who you may have seen on Bargain hunt.  My partner was the lovely Tracy, who is an amazing amazing crafter!
We were asked to make and send 5 handmade items to your partner on the theme of hearts.  A thrifted item or something small could also substitute some too!
I have been stalking following Tracy's blog since the partners were announced and I was amazed and scared by her crafting prowess!! Ok, understatement- terrified!!! But also excited!

Anyway, I opened my box and this lovely sight greeted me!  Pressies surrounded by lovely spotty and pink paper (and more stylish protective wrap than mine which consisted of a heap of carrier bags!)
Here are most of the gifts in their pretty, feminine wrapped up state!  (2 are missing from the picture- why, I ask myself!?)
Firstly was a pretty butterfly card from Tracy with a lovely friendly message.
The first gift which housed most of the presents was this amazing bag!  Tracy, having discovered my musical interests, took it as a theme and made the most wonderful bag!  Her blog is entitled Mad about bags so I was secretly, reeeeeeeeeeeeally hoping there would be a bag in there!  The material is so pretty!  As a musician, in my past, I had been bought musical gifts but NONE could even compare with how exquisitely made this is and how pretty it is! I mention the gifts by way of comparison. This is in a league of its own- sooooooo classy and stylish and the nicest musical themed gift I have been bought, well in this case-  made!  I adore gingham too and the whole ensemble is perfect!
Look at the exquisite heart decoration with tiny delicate beading!
Even more exciting was this padded heart decoration with its inspiring message!  I have wanted one like this for ages and I would always eye up this type of thing at Craft fairs, longing to be bought one and now I have one specially made for me!
I can't wait to hang it up!!  I wish I could show you the craftsmanship close-up, it's amazing!
The next gift was this gorgeous china tea-cup!  Tracy and I both like tea, we discovered so great minds think alike and we made each other similar gifts.  I love this quirky heart design.   So pretty! It's handpainted but it looks so professional!
The next gift was a little bag of little 'Made for you' charms which will be the perfect addition to any future bracelets or necklaces I make!  I love 'gifts with a legacy' like this where I can pass the love on!!! So thoughtful to include these!
YAY!  Cath Kidston tissues! I adore a bit of Cath as my blog gives copious evidence of!  I always need to use a hanky so I cannot wait to waft these around!  Trouble is, they are too pretty to use!
Another thoughtful thing Tracy noticed about me was my love of books. So this little book with inspirational thoughts (I like her lateral thinking on the heart theme!) will be a lovely little read!  It makes me think of Jane Austen's 'Love and freindship'!
I'm hoping my boyfriend doesn't read this post or he'll be after this! Yummy, Lindor choccie!!!
Thank you Tracy for such a gorgeous selection of goodies, you have thought about things I like, really kindly and I am so grateful to have received such a parcel of joy in heart-shaped form!
If you haven't, go and check our either of her blogs -photography or the crafty one or check out her Facebook link- her makes are truly astounding!
She took some great shots of what I sent her, which I'll do a post about soon, but here she is:
Thank you also to Mary Poppins for organising the swap!
