And in response to my last post....

Well, after 5 weeks of work on 'Gases around us' it appears we have actually taken in some information!!!! I did the assessment on Friday morning, and the majority of the class got between 8-10/10 for their knowledge about properties of materials and all of them improved their enquiry/investigative skills from their previous assessment! In general I am quite pleased with them. Makes a nice change when nearly everyone makes considerable progress! I think we now know that clouds are made up of condensed water droplets and not biblical animals...
